10, 1803 died Nov 22, 1872.  Wife Nancy Tomlin born Feb 14, 1810 died April
4, 1862.
          
James Albert Summers born Dec 7, 1828 Middlesboro, Ky was Capt. Co. A 33
NC Infantry & served in Army of N. Va. Until captured on April 2,
1865 near Petersburg, Va. Kept a prisoner at Sandusky Island until
after surrender of Lee's Army.
