The Will of Mary Lou Mathis Clinard, Decatur County, Georgia

I Mary Lou Clinard of said State and County, being of sound mind and
discretion make this my last will and testament this August 18th, 1910.  By
this will I decree that all my property, personal, real and money, be
equally divided between my two children, Frankie May Clinard and Curtis
Alvin Clinard, share and share alike.

I do hereby appoint my brother H.C. Mathis as executor of said children to
hold all of said property or proceeds of sale of said property in trust for
my children without the intervention of the Ordinary.

In testimony whereof I do hereunto set my hand and seal this 18th day of
August 1910.
