Fork Cemetery Survey and

This cemetery is on the original site of the Old Fork Baptist Church meeting house.
Going east on Hwy 72 from Comer traffic, travel 4.7 miles to Carlton. At this point turn right crossing railroad tracks. Turn right again once over the tracks. This road leads you toward Watson's Mill State Park and the cemetery. The cemetery is 0.5 mile from the turn at the tracks. Parking is in and along the drive between the grave sites and the road to the park. The drive entrance turns off of Old Fork Cemetery Road in the 'V' of the intersection with Watson's Mill Rd. When you leave the cemetery, if you are going back toward Comer, there are two other ways other than the way you came to get back there. Old Fork Cemetery Road leads back to Hwy 72. You can also travel through the park and intersect with Hwy 22. From here, turn right to get back to Comer and Hwy 72.
