I, Annie Eliza Crawford of the town of Shiloh, Harris Co. Georgia, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make and publish this as my last will and
testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all other wills by me at any time heretofore made. And first, I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay
all my just debts, funeral expenses and the expense incident to the administration of my estate as soon as reasonable may be after my decease.
Item. I give and bequeath to my beloved nephew G.W. Kellum, son of C.M. Kellum, deceased, all notes, money, and bank stock that I may have after all my
debts are paid to be used for his education, board, clothes and other incidental expenses. I also give G.W. Kellum 1 iron bed, silver butter dish, silver sugar
dish, 2 silver table spoons, my new clock, my father & mothers framed pictures, his fathers framed picture, 2 framed matte/motto pictures. Should G.W.
Kellum die before marrying, I want all that I give him to be equally divided among each heir mentioned in this my last will, otherwise I want his wife and
children to heir what I leave him.
Item. I give and bequeath to my great nieces, Annie Laurie & Janie Huling 1 walnut bedstead & springs, 1 dresser & washstand, feather bed, 2 mattresses,
2 large feather pillows, and to my niece May Buchanan 1 lounge. To my niece Annie Thomas Kellum 1 large trunk, 1 large rocking chair to my sister
Laura F. Phillips. Hall lamp to Laura F. Phillips, silver goblet to Hattie Kellum, machine to Emma Kellum. 2 white counterpanes & 2 quilts to Annie Laurie
& Janie Huling. To Mittie Jones 2 nice quilts & 1 woolen coverlet. To Robert Kellum, Jr. 2 nice quilts & 1 white counterpane & 6 silver knives, to Carrie Lou Dean
2 quilts & 1 pr lace curtains. Rugs & carpet to Carrie Walker Ruling. My window shades & curtains, centerpiece and other household articles that I possess
after giving Ada & Ethel Kellum 2 quilts a piece.
Item. I give, and bequeath to my nephews, G.W. Kellum, Asbury Walker, Findley Kellum, Owen Kellum
and my nieces Lula May Buchanan, Susie B. Kellum, Bivens Walker Kellum, and my sister Laura F. Phillips and my sister-in-law Carrie Kellum my farm
situated in Talbot Co., Georgia now leased to L.B. Miller, to be rented or sold and proceeds to be equally divided.
Item. I give and bequeath to my sister Laura F. Phillips and my niece Carrie Walker Huling interest in the farm in Cataula, Georgia, now occupied by Mrs.
Carrie Walker Huling, to be equally divided.
Item. I do hereby appoint Duncan C. Phillips, George Glenn Kellum, without requiring either to give bond, to be my
executors of this my last will and testament.
Item. I do hereby appoint y sister Laura F. Phillips to be guardian of my nephew G.W. Kellum.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of February, A.D. 1913. Annie E. Crawford Signed, sealed, published and declared by Annie Eliza Crawford as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request, in her presence, and in the presence of each other have here unto subscribed our names as witnesses. Codicil: I, Annie E. Crawford of said State and County being of sound and disposing mind and memory, having made my will in 1913, I come now to add a
codicil to make some changes in my former will. I give and bequeath to my brother-in-law, D.C. Phillips, Twenty-five dollars, I give to my nephew George Glenn Kellum, Twenty-five dollars. I give to my niece Carrilu Kellum Dean, Twenty-five dollars. I give to my nephew Bascome Kellum, One Hundred and Twenty Five dollars. I give to my nephew Walter F. Kellum Fifty Dollars. I give to my niece Clara Kellum Ten dollars. In my former will provisions for some educational
advantages for my nephew, G.W. Kellum, son of C.M. Kellum, deceased. I now make void said part of said will. I do hereby appoint D.C. Phillips and George
Glenn Kellum as executors of this my will. In testimony whereof I have set my hand this the fourteenth day of February 14, the A.D. Nineteen Hundred and
Fourteen. A.E. Crawford Signed and published by Annie Eliza Crawford her last will and testament in the presence of the undersigned who subscribe our names

Georgia: Talbot County I do solemnly swear that within writing and codicil contains the true and last will of the within named Annie Eliza Crawford, deceased,
so far as I know or believe, and that I will well and truly execute the same in accordance with the laws of the State. So help me God. D.C. Phillips G.G. Kellum
Probated in solemn form on the oaths of J.G. Owen; E.R. Kilpatrick and J.C. Willis, subscribing witnesses to the Codicil, and ordered to record May 4, 1914.
