State of Georgia, Talbot County Last Will and Testament of Mrs. Lucy E. Dickson I, Mrs. Lucy E. Dickson of said State and County being of sound mind and

disposing memory do make this my last Will and Testament. Hereby revoking all Wills hereto-forece made by me.

 

Item 1 I give my brother Edward Giddens

that tract of land being the north half of lot no. 108, containing 101 ' acres more or less and bounded as follows, on the north by lands of E. Giddens, east by

land known as the Robinson place, south by the land of Mrs. S.P. Peel and west by land of Miss Lizzie Willis. The foregoing provision is made upon the

condition that Edward Giddens give to R.H. Giddens to have and to hold during his natural life, ten or twelve acres of land in the north east corner of that part

of land lot no. 109 now owned by Edward Giddens. Said ten or twelve acres to be laid off beginning at a pecan tree by the Talbotton and Columbus Road and

running in such directions as to cross branch and leave water on both sides of said line.

 

Item 2 I give to my brother R.H. Giddens, Twenty five acres of land

being the east and of the south half of lot no. 109 and bounded as follows Worth by Walton land, east by land of Chas. Walton (Cel), south by land above

mentioned given to Edward Giddens and west by land of Edward Giddens. In addition to above I give to R.H. Giddens one town lot now owned by me in the

town of Waverly Hall, Harris County, Georgia, also my interest in one mule owned jointly by R.H. Giddens and myself.

 

Item 3 I do hereby appoint my

brother Edward Giddens Executor of this my Will. In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand this 19th day of June 1915. Mrs. Lucy E. Dixon Signed as

her last will and  testament in the presence of the undersigned, who subscribe our names hereto as witnesses at the instance of the said testator and in her

presence and in the presence of each other. This the 19th day of June 1915. L.C. Carlisle J.M. Lucas J.E. Baugh N.P. exoff J.P. (Note: the above section of

the will was typed. The section below was handwritten) Oath of Executor Georgia, Talbot County I do solemnly swear that the writing contains the true

last will the within named Mrs. Lucy Dickson deceased, so far as I know or believe are the same. In accordance with the laws of the state. So help me God.
