Heeding my bodily afflictions but mind to be sound and good. I feel anxious to make some distributions of my property.
This being my last will and testament revoking all others that may have been made heretofor. I will and bequeath to my dear wife Nancy three negros
Ambrose, Daniel, & Sarah. Also the lot of land no (north) five hundred 16 district originally Muscogee, now Talbot Co., a being the place that I now reside at.
My dear daughter Antonett, I bequeath the following negroes, Solomon and his wife and children namely a son his wife three children, Jordan, Charles &
Nancy. I will and bequeath to my dear son John: Bess, Visted, Casity, negro servants.
My will is at the death of my dear wife Nancy the above lot of land named to return to my two children Antonett & John. My will is that my dear wife Nancy
Eason be my executrix to my will and before all children and also all of my property to be managed for the benefit of the whole and if she should think proper to marry and should marry my will is that all of the property not mentioned in the will shall be divided equally between my dear wife Nancy & my two children Antonett & John this 19 October 1836.

Will proven and Executrix qualified and ordered this 14 day of November 1836.
