All household and kitchen furniture which is now in Sina Strickland's possession.
For three children in Sina Stricklands care we set apart:
Two hogs at $40
60 bushels of corn , 16-2/8 bushels of wheat at $110.00
For the heir or child in Jacob Dantzlers care we appropriate:
1 speckled cow $30
5 bushel wheat $15; 1 log chain $3.00; 2 bushels corn $20.00
For the one in James Jewels care:
In cash $50.00
For John and Columbus heirs of John Broderick deceased $50 each - total $100
