apart that amount in money or property. 22 Oct 1863.
Elizabeth Jones, widow of Jeremiah Jones for the term of 12 months for her use have ---- at the late residence of the said Josiah Jones and after
considering the condition of said Jones estate and the circumstances of his family have assessed as the sum necessary for the support of said Elizabeth
Jones $1,200. The widow has selected from the estate of said Jones the following property we have set it apart for her use at the ---
