Justices in and for the 629th Dist G M of said County upon the application of Mrs Mary Naler widow of Dixon C Naler, late of said County deceased.
We do certify that we went to the late residence of said Dixon C Naler and assessed as the sum necessary for the support and maintenance
of the family of said deceased for the term of 12 months $700 and the widow having care of the children of said deceased has selected from
the estate the following property.
Brindle cow and calf worth $25
Two red heifers $43
One lot stock hogs $55
50 bushels corn $75
300 bundles fodder $4.50
household and kitchen furniture $125
1 rifle $20
1 carry all wagon $35
2 plows and 2 axes $10
cash on hand at death of deceased $12.10
We do hereby set it apart for the use of the family of said deceased at the sum of $404.60 which leaves the sum of $295 to be paid to her for
