Being afflicted with a disease which will shortly terminate this life but of sound and disposing mind and memory.

 

My beloved wife Sarah; my beloved daughter July Ann Smith wife of Julius Smith; my beloved daughter Mary; my beloved daughter Martha; my

beloved son Willie; by beloved son Doc; my beloved son Bunk who I make equal heirs in facts of lots of land # 54 and 55, as called for in deed;

also two lots additional acres in the tenth and eleventh districts Whitfield County containing 111 acres. 

 

To my beloved wife all farming utensils used on and belonging to the farm and eleven head of cattle, ten head of hogs, ten head of sheep and

all of my household and kitchen furniture.

 

My smith tools and carpenters tools to be sold and the proceeds to be used in paying my debts.

 

Wife Sarah is executrix.
