Frederick W Fischer, Whitfield County GA

Being about to enter upon a foreign tour in which my life may be more than ordinarily imperiled.

Real and personal property be divided equally among by wife, Louise Sophia Antoinette Fischer and each of my children

share and share alike.  In the event of the death of any of my children, then the share of such decedent to go to the child or children of

such decedent.

I nominate my son William Fredrick Fischer executor.
