Harvey A Russel, Whitfield County GA

All of my property in the shape of real estate held jointly by J P Clements, T S Horne and myself and known as the Taylor Farm lying in Catoosa County, except a portion of one lot of land which lies in Whitfield County to be paid by the joint owners named above and by my executors hereinafter named.

I desire that said real estate be held or the benefit jointly of my wife Mary J Russel and my two children Sallie C Russel and Fannie J Russel until the marriage of both of said children or until the youngest is 18 years of age, and when said real estate shall have been fully paid for I desire a deed to be executed to my executors for the benefit of the parties named above.

I desire my wife keep all my personal property for the benefit of herself of the children named above.

I appoint my beloved wife Mary J Russel and David A Morelock guardians of my minor children.

I appoint my brother Williamson N Russel and my friend Julius P Clements executors.
