Sound and disposing mind and memory

Beloved wife Martha C Austin during her life afterwards to be equally divided between our three children.  She may advance at her discretion

 to any of our children upon their reaching twenty one, marriage a portion of their distributive share to be charged against their final distribution.

That my administrix should not be required to make annual returns and that she be empowered to sell at either public or private sale without

any order of court.
