To my unmarried daughter Caroline H Gordon, a negro woman Laura and Sarah and my negro man Aleck. Also thirty shares in the
Castle Rock Coal Mining Company for her sole and separate use with full power during her marriage if she marries to sell or will the same.
To my grandchildren Caroline Eugenia Crook, Leander W Crook and Nellie Gordon Crook, to be divided equally between them, one note
on Leander W Crook amounting to $5,200.
My wife Caroline M Gordon the rest and residue of my estate with full power to sell and will the same during her unmarried state. If she married
I desire all the rest of my estate willed to my wife here to be divided equally between my children as follows: My negroes Zeb, Lewis, Mark, Wiley,
Fannie, Ann, Amanda, Ellen, Jeff, Wash, Guss, Bill, Scott, Lucy, Judge. Also one tract of land three miles south of Ocala, East Florida containing 415
acres, also one hundred sixty shares in the Castle Rock Coal Mining Company, and notes to the amount of $10,000 and all the rest and
residue of my estate whatever it may be.
My son Charles P Gordon appointed executor.
