I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Holland, my home place, to which I have title containing 240 acres more or less, all my personal property.

Mentions children, but not named. 25 acres of land which I recently purchased from William K Moore, and for which I hold his bond for title and

I owe him $75.00 balance on the purchase money.
