Of advanced age
My daughter Slania A Thomason and Aley Chase and my son Osburn Johnson, I will nothing having given them their portion.
I will My son Nelson Johnson nothing having given him more than his portion but I will and desire that he pay to my daughter Nancy Ganaway $50,
half to be paid one year after my death, the other half two years after my death.
I give and bequeath to my oldest daughter Rebecca H Ellis $40, should she be a widow at my death but if not a widow at my death I will her
nothing to be paid after my death five years.
I give and bequeath to the children of my daughter Catherine A Wallraraw (?), deceased, $30 to be paid at the end of five years after my death.
I give and bequeath to my son Danil A Johnson $20 five years after my death.
I give and bequeath to my daughter Nancy G Ganaway $50 to be paid at the end of five years after my death.
I give and bequeath to my beloved with Abagal L Johnson the remainder of my estate of whatever kind, lands, money, notes, etc and I desire
that she she may use the same as she may think the best for her and her children that she has or may have by me. Should she be married
to another husband or in case of her death, I desire all my estate thus bequeathed these to be converted into cash and divided equally
between her and her children that she has or may have by me, I give her a child's part in lieu of a dower.
I appoint Abagal L Johnson my lawful executrix.
