In my proper mind

My beloved wife Sarah Ann Mitchell shall have my plantation containing the following lot numbers: #85 and 25 acres off of the west end of 86,

and lot #60 all lying in 13th Dist and 3rd Section now Whitfield County and I also desire that all my property both real and personal after

my just debts are paid shall go to the use of by beloved wife Sarah Ann Mitchell during her widowhood.  If she be married again, the

above property be sold and equally divided among my lawful heirs except one childs part that I desire that my beloved daughter

Winny E Henry shall have one childs part to her own use and the use of her bodily heirs and that my son in law, her husband Jas Henry. 

Executrix Saran Ann Mitchell, my beloved wife and James A Lane her assistant.
