Land known as Holly Creek settlement and known as Lots 41, 69, 68, 76, 105, 112, 113 in Murray County,
each 160 acres more or less.
The homestead , the place on which we lived when we remove from the City of Dalton.
Lots I own on the east side of the W&Atlantic Railroad and south of the road leading from the city of Dalton to
Spring Place, lying in City of Dalton, containing 8 acres except a small lot in the SW corner which I have
sold to Merrit Russell and whereon he lived for $300 for which he has no showing or title.
Slaves: Big Green known as Green Terrill who came by my wife from her sister Terrills estate. Little Green, son
of Rosetta and his wife Fanny of copper complexion, raised by Thomas Seay and her child Emma of light
complexion aged 8 years old.
Lands in Cherokee and Southweatern Georgia
My brothers and sisters: Thomas Morris and Franklin B Morris and their children; widow and children of my
brother Eppy W Morris, late of Franklin County deceased; my brother and sister William and Lucy Jackson and
their children; my brother and sister John G and Betsey parks and their children; my oldest sister Patsy Stonecypher and children; my brother Elisha Coffee and children of Polly Coffee deceased.
