Jeptha Talley, Whitfield County GA

Wife Lucinda Talley all of my lands, tenements, stock consisting of horses, mules, cattle, sheep, hogs, house and house and kitchen furniture.

I will that at my wife's death or intermarriage for all of my said estate and real and personal above, mentioned to be equally divided among my lawful

heirs and my beloved wife to have a childs part in the following manner, to be an agreed division.

Son Moses W Talley, wife Lucinda Talley executors.
