Advanced in years.

After my death if my beloved wife Anna survive me, that all of my lands where I now live in the 12th District, third section of Whitfield

County #252 and #281, be set apart for her support and be titled and kept in a which that will most enhance its value for her support

during her natural life.

To my oldest daughter Elizabeth Westenow and her children one fifth interest in all my land above described in the County of Murray viz #227 and

#228 and #181  in the eighth Dist and third section to be used and enjoyed by her and children and only to be disposed of by her consent.

To my oldest son Isaac M Roberts a good saddle, horse and $150 in money as a set off against $100 advanced to my oldest daughter and also a one

fifth interest in all my lands afore described in the county of Murray.

To my second son David a good saddle horse, bridle and saddle and $100 in money and one fifth interest in all my lands above described in the county of Murray.

To my third son Jeremiah Roberts a horse, bridle and saddle and $100 and also one fifth interest in my lands above described in the county of Murray.

To my youngest daughter Louisa $100 to be paid to her when she becomes of age, also a horse, bridle and saddle and one fifth interest in all

my lands above described in the county of Murray.

Oldest son Isaac M Roberts sole executor.
