Beloved wife Martha and each of my three children viz, Addie, Maggie Ann and William H. each an undivided fourth of my real and personal estate.

Out of my personal estate to my venerable parents a life time annuity which is to be a sufficient amount to render them comfortable.

I appoint Wm B Cowan and James H Huff executors of this my last will and testament.

Witnesses: Hettie Cowan, W B Cowan, James H Huff.  15 Oct 1874.
