Beloved wife Martha and each of my three children: Addie, Maggie Ann and William H an undivided one fourth of my real and personal estate.
I will and bequeath to my venerable parents a life time annuity whcih is to be taken out of the above named estate, a sufficient amount to be comfortable.
I appoint Wm B Cowan and James H Huff executors.
