John M Richardson, Whitfield County GA

My Niece Mary Morris, as a homestead, 50 acres of land to be laid of the SE corner of Lot #206 to have and to hold in her own right.

The remaining real estate homestead, farm, stock, assets, etc I gice to my wife Martha M Richardson in her own right in her natural life.  At her death one half disposed of and the other half to my heirs at law.

My town property may be sold anytime where it may appear advisable or necessary by executors.

I appoint my wife Martha M Richardson and L C Richardson the executors of this my will and testament.

Codicil:

Said executor and executrix to be relieved from the necessity of making and returning or having made and returned any inventory or appraisement of my estate, and they be likewise be released from making annual returns.
