To Beloved wife Julia A during her widowhood all real and personal property.  If she should remarry then all estate be equally divided between my

said wife and five children by said Julia A share and share alike.  If my wife should not remarry then at her death all of the property and estate to be

divided equally between all of my then living children.  If any of my children should be deceased and leave issue, they shall represent the deceased

parent and be entitled to their deceased parent's part.

Beloved wife Julia A appointed executrix.  After her death J A R Hanks, William P Nichols, James W Langley and J W Sitton are

appointed executors.  If any of my five children be of age after the death of my wife and be of sober steady habits, they also act as my executors

 with the other executors appointed.

All five children be educated and the expenses of that be paid out of my undivided estate.
