N M Crawford, Whitfield County GA now resident in the state of Kentucky

My wife Ann Crawford, seven shares of the capital stock of the Louisville and Nashville Railroad; two shares of the capital stock of the Atlanta  and West --- RR, one fifth of the sum of money issued on my life, all cash on hand at the time of my death after paying for funeral and physician expenses.  My watch, furniture, books, one half acre of land to be laid off according to her own direction from my lot on Houston Street in the City of Atlanta GA.  All of the above property is to her forever in lieu of claims of dower.

The rest of my property to be equally divided among my four children to wit: Louis G, William H, Mary A and Collis Crawford.  I further direct that my son William H the farm at Bel---, together with the stock and farming utensils thereon at the sum of $3,000.

Sell and convey by proper deed all my real estate in Missouri, Iowa and Georgia without order by court.

Executors to be my sons Louis G Crawford and William H Crawford.

6 July 1870, at Atlanta.

Witnesses: Lewis J Abbott, A B Sharp, J D Wing.

Proven 3 nov 1871, Whitfield County GA.
