Permelia Rogers, Whitfield County GA

My friend John P Bailey my executor.

Executor may dispose of my part or all of my property, real or personal at any time either by public or private sale as he may think best.

I give unto my son Henry $50 if there should be so much of my personal property remaining at my death.

I give and bequeath unto my son Blaton whatever I may have of notes, accts, money or proceeds of all personal property may be left.

I give unto my son Blaton and my stepsons Alman and Green all of my real estate and the proceeds thereof to be equally devided when the youngest child be of age but in the event either of the children shall become disabled from sickness or other cause, the proceeds of the ereal estate may be used for his benefit.

I appoint John B Bailey guardian of the above mentioned children
