Laboring under bodily afflictions

Susan Vancouhover, daughter; Eliza McFarland, daughter; Columbus H, son; Martha T, daughter; being all of the children I now have living.

My two minor children: Columbus H, son and Martha T, daughter, Town lot # (blank) in the city of Dalton, on which is now situated the house and appurtenances where I now reside.  It is my wish that my executor hereinafter mentioned shall take such steps in law or equity so that a deed or bond from Mr Baber and Mr Tyler dividing said property to Susan and Martha T my daughters may be set aside, I having paid for the entire purchase money for the same.  I wish a decree  made or had dividing said land to my son Columbus H and Martha T daughter.

To Columbus H and Martha T all of my personal property, household and kitchen furniture except one bed quilt which is given to Susan Vancouhover, daughter and one bed quilt to Eliza McFarland.

Executor shall divided my property between my children, by private sale if necessary.

My friend Jesse A Glenn to be executor.
