Georgia, Murray County, March 1, 1851
I, Thomas Wilie being weak in body but of sound mind and memory, calling to recollection that it is once appointed by God
for all men to die, make and ordain this my last will and testament, my last will that God doeth his pleasure with and my body
that my family and acquaintance bury in a Christianlike manner and after which it hatch pleased God to Bless me with as to
worldly estate.
I will it may be divided in manner and form as following.
Item. I give my wife Elizabeth Wilie all my stock of every description together my household and kitchen furniture, working
tools, etc for her to dispose with as she thinks proper and all my just debts is to be paid out of land.
As to my daughter Jenny, my sons William, Thomas, Elizabeth, Jane and John I think I have given them heretofore what will
make them equal with my other children not get named in this will.
As to my son in law James Henson and Sarah his wife, I will that he shall have one forth part of my land which is forty acres
to be laid off in the southwest part of my lot of land that I live on.
The balance of the lot to be equal divided between my other three sons Samuel, Andrew and Elijah when the youngest
becomes of age and may be divided either by purchase or survey.
I now appoint my wife, Elizabeth Wilie and James Henson to execute to this my last will and testament as witness I have
hereunto set my hand, seal, --- before signed. Thomas Wilie

Before me, William Gordon, Ordinary for said County, June Term 1852, personally came Thomas C Davis, Robt M
Williamson subscribing witness to the --- in the last will and testament of Thomas Wilie, deceased, which witnesses being
duly sworn depose and say that they saw Thomas Wiley the testator sign, seal, declare and publish the instrument now
prescribed as his last will and testament freely and voluntary of his own accord and without any compulsion or influence
whatever that at the time of the execution of the said will said testator was of sound and disposing mind and memory, that
deponents signed said will as witnesses in the presence of the testator and at his special instance and request and in the
presence of all of each other. Sworn and subscribed before me this 7 June 1852. William Gordon OWC, Thos C Davis and
Robt M Williamson.
