Chain Gang 1915-1925 I only know that the gentlemen on the far right is my GGGrandfather Sidney Smith Campbell. The picture would have been taken around 1915-1925. Sidney lived in Worth County, but did travel with the "chain gang" doing the jobs specified by the county. Jobs included repairing roads, building bridges, and cutting and clearing weeds, brush and trees. Submitted by: Pam Heaton |
