Widow of Allen Shepard, one of his daughters, one grandson and two of his great grandchildren.
From the right Rubye Shepard Williams (deceased), in the middle her son Randolph Williams, Jr. (deceased) and Ella Webb Shepard (deceased) on the right. The children standing on the left is Randolph Williams III of New York and his older sister JoAnn Williams Moultrie of Albany.
Ella Belle Webb moved to Sylvester from Bainbridge around the age of 2 or 3 in 1880 according to census reports. Her parents were Samuel and Elizabeth Webb. Known siblings: Anderson, Mary Lou, Cook and Carrie. She later married Allen Shepard had 3 daughters; all of which she out lived. She died in Albany at the age of 100, but recent records found on census reports suggest she was probably 103 years old when she passed away.
She was an educator and her daughters Rubye and Charlotte (not shown) were educators in Dougherty and Worth Counties, respectively.

1927 girls basketball team at Sumner High. On the back it lists the following people-- Christeene Tyson (Hand), my great aunt. Clara Williams, Alma Fowler (Snipes), Sara Willis. Christeene is the one in the black stockings. The others are in order behind her. I do not know who the first two are.
