The undersigned in the discharge of their duty assess the sum of $241.50 as necessary for the support of the Widow of Chas I Baldwin, dec'd for the remaining part of 12 months ending the 10th of April next, this sum has been set off in:

| 1 barrel of flour | $ 20.00 |
| 6 gal of syrup | $ 6.00 |
| 15 lbs of coffee | $ 5.00 |
| bed and equipment, looking glass and 2 tables | $ 64.00 |
| 1/2 dozen chairs | $ 6.00 |
| cooking utensils | $ 41.55 |
Also the minor children of C I Baldwin, dec'd.
Charles W Baldwin, minor, $100 in money.
James I Baldwin, minor, decstead and equipage ($300) and $100 in money.
Sarah Baldwin, minor, mind not good. Bed stead and equipage $15.00) and $200 in money.
Wilie A Baldwin, minor, $1125.00 in money.
Frank L Baldwin, minor, $125.00 in money.
Of said decd for the use of widow and children, 13 Nov 1867.
