We the undersigned appointed by the ordinary of Marion County to assess a sum necessary for the support and maintenance of
the widow Ann E Burkhalter of David N Burkhalter for 12 months. For the date of the administration and also to set aside that amount and property
as may be selected to be made by us and to set apart for the widow a sufficient amount of house hold funiture for the use of the widow report
to the ordinary of said County that of us due investigation of the circumstances of David N Burkhalter's widow and estate we assessed
as a sum of money necessary for the support and maintenance of David N Burkhalter's widow for twelve months from date of administration on
said estate $550.00 and we hereby set apart the following articles of household and kitchen furniture to wit: 2 bedstead and beds, 2 mattresses
and the usual clothing for said two beds, 1 wardrobe, 1 safe, 3 tables, 1 cooking stove and cooking utensils, chairs, crockery and glassware
together with all the household furniture of said David N Burkhalter and we further assess appraise and set apart further as necessary
for said widows support the use and off partition of the house stead place where she now resides free from rent for the 12 months ensuing
from date of administration. In witness whereof we leave here to set our hands and seal.
