We do certify upon oath that as far as was produced to us or cause to our knowledge the above and foregoing contains a true appraisement of the goods and chattels and credits of the estate of David W Highsmith dec'd to the best of our judgment and understanding given under our hands and signature this June 27, 1865.

We the undersigned appraisers having appraised the estate of David W Highsmith, dec'd. and find that it did not exceed the amt in valuation if $500.00 have set aside the entire estate to the use of Elizabeth Highsmith and her minor children.
