We the undersigned appraisers appointed to set apart and assign to the widow and 3 minor children of George Ennis, dec'd, household and kitchen furniture do assign to said widow all of the household and kitchen furniture except one clock and nine chairs and have appraised the same at the sum of $107.50. The above appraisement made in greenback currency. Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals this 31 day of Oct 1865.

We the undersigned appraisers appointed to set aside a 12 month support for the widow and 3 minor children of George Ennis, late of Marion County, do set apart and assign to said widow and 3 minor children the following provisions to wit:
| 48 bushel corn $100 per bushel | $ 48.00 |
| 12 bushel wheat $3.00 per bushel | $ 36.00 |
| 5 hogs and 20 bushel corn in lieu of the 900 lbs meal per hog | $ 90.00 |
| 1 cow and calf to be selected by widow | $ 20.00 |
| 35 lb sugar and white peas she has gathered |
