We the undersigned appraisers having been appointed under an order of the court of ordinary of said county to support for Mrs Mary Fackler and her three children out of the estate of George Fackler, her late husband dec'd. We proceeded to the performance of that duty and forward the estate of said Geo Fackler to consist as follows:
| 1 house and lot in Buena Vista of the value of | $ 250.00 |
| 2 bedsteads and bedding for the same | $ 50.00 |
| 4 tables $2 each | $ 8.00 |
| household and kitchen furniture | $ 30.00 |
| lot medical and misc books | $ 30.00 |
| 1 clock | $ 3.00 |
We do therefore set apart the whole of said estate for support of said widow and three children. Witness our hands and signatures this Nov 6, 1865.
