The undersigned in discharge of their duty assess the sun of $123.50 as necessary for the support of the widow of Harrison Toney, dec'd, for 12 months. This sum has been set off in:

| 2 bushels of corn at $2.00 per bushel | $ 4.00 |
| 1 sow and pigs and 5 shoats | $ 30.00 |
| 1 cow and calf and yearling | $ 28.00 |
| 1 buggy | $ 30.00 |
| 1 club, ax and lot of sundries | $ 3.00 |
| money | $ 9.25 |
Have set apart 1 feather bed, 2 steads, and other furniture, 6 chairs, 4 cups, 5 saucers, 3 knives, 5 forks, 6 plates, 3 spoons, 1 sugar dish, 2 pitchers, 2 jars, 1 chest and all the kitchen furniture of said deceased for the use of the widow this July 30, 1866.
