After appraising said estate we find that it does not amount of $500.00 in value, we do hereby set aside the entire estate for the use of the widow and minor children of said deceased.

We do certify upon oath that as far as was produced to us or came to our knowledge the above and foregoing contains a true appraisement of the goods and chattels and credits of the estate of Jas W Green, decd to the best of our judgment and understanding given under hands and official signature this Feb 10, 1868.
