We the undersigned agree to give Mrs Heath and minor children (wife and minor children of J G Heath deceased) 20 bushels of corn, 300 lbs of pork and and $1,000 as maintenance for the 12 months as next ensuing the death of said deceased. We also agree to give the said widow and minor children all the household and kitchen furniture it not being more than a sufficiency for their usual comfort.
Give under our hands and seals this 24 Dec 1864.
