The undersigned in the discharge of their duty assess the sum of $120 as necessary for the support of the widow and her two children of John T Smith deceased for twelve months this sum to be paid to her in money out of the proceedings of the estate of said deceased, also set apart to said widow and her two minor children:

| two chairs and a sufficiency of crockery and cooking utensils for her benefit | |
| for Samuel Smith, minor by deceased wife | $ 20.00 |
| for Charles Smith, minor son of deceased wife | $ 20.00 |

| bedstead and bedding | $ 15.00 |
| Edmond Smith | $ 40.00 |
| Moses Smith | $ 50.00 |
We also set apart one bed and bedstead and beds valued at $10 and three chairs the balance of the crockery and cooking utensils not set apart for the widow to Edmond and Moses Smith, minors of said deceased.
