Agreeable to an order from Hon Jas M Lowe Ordinary of said County to the undersigned appraisers to appraise the entire estate of Thomas Covington, late of said County deceased and of after such appraisement it shall appear that said estate shall not exceed the value of $600.00 to set the entire estate apart for the benefit of the family of said deceased. WE have performed said duty as will be seen from the foregoing inventory and said estate does not exceed $500 and we therefore set the entire estate apart for the benefit of the widow and child. Sept 29, 1873. Filed in office Oct 4, 1873.
