By virtue of an order from the honorable court of ordinary of said County to us directed requiring us to appraise the property belonging to the estate of Wm B Butt, deceased and set apart such a portion of the same for the use of the widow Mrs Elizabeth Butt. We have proceeded to discharge that duty and fine said property to consist as follows viz.
| 1 house and lot in Buena Vista known as the house where Mrs Elizabeth Butt now resides | $ 300.00 |
| household and kitchen furniture of the value of | $ 200.00 |
The whole of said property for the use of the widow Mrs Elizabeth Butt and her minor children all of which is respectfully submitted this Dec 19, 1865.
