We do certify upon oath that as far as was produced to us by the administrix the above and foregoing contains a true appraisement of the goods and chattles and credits of the estate of Wm W Duke, dec'd to the best of our judgement and understanding given under our hand and official signatures this Jan 19, 1866.

We the undersigned appraisers appointed to appraise the estate of W W Duke, dec'd finding upon a fair valuation of the same that it does not exceed in value the sum of $500.00 do hereby set apart and assign the whole of said estate land, goods, rights and credits to the widow and children of said deceased according to the commission issued from the court of ordinary of said county to us directed Jan 19, 1866.

Came before me on E B Duke, administrix of W W Duke dec'd who upon oath says that the within inventory contains a true acct of all the lands, rights and credits of said dec'd in her hands, possessions or knowledge to the best of her belief.  Sworn to and subscribed before me this 24 days of Feb 1866.
