We certify upon oath that as far as was produced to us by the Administrator the above and forgoing contains a true appraisement of the
estate of James M Godley, deceased, to the best of our judgment and understanding.

We the commissioners appointed to appraise the estate of the late James M Godley deceased have and do hereby appoint the following
property as submitted to us by the administrator as follows to it as one lot of land situated lying in the 19th Dist, 3rd section Cerokee
No 434 appraised to $40 also a lot drawn by Kitturah Godley (HA, situated in the 12th Dist, Carroll County (213) appraised to two
hundred dollars this 1st day of January 1844.
