Catherine Griggs, weak and feeble of body.

All of my property to be sold before the courthouse door on 1st Tuesday Feb 1855.

The house where I now live to be sold at public outcry 25 Dec 1856.

Proceeds for my child infant Franklin P Griggs when he arrives to the age of 21.

Sisters Eliza Griggs and Mary A---- and brother William Griggs.

Executor and guardian of said infant child Franklin P Griggs:  Friend John A Chapman
