Son Daniel Shipp.  Daughter Susan Toney, wife of Francis Toney.  Grandaughter Loucenia Walker to her lawful guardian.    My son William Shipp now deceased,

his widow and child still surviving.  Daughter in law Emily Shipp, wife of son Henry Shipp.  Negro girl Henrietta about 12 years old.  Land lot 125, 5th Dist,

Chattahoochee Co containing 110 acres, the place where Henry Shipp now lives.  Lot 203 in the 10th Dist of Chattahoochee Co to be held in trust by Henry Shipp.

Notes: $106 payable to E G Burt and signed by H A Shipp and David Shipp security; note to M P Hillis for $200 signed by H A Shipp and David Shipp security;
