May term 1847. Application of Robert Burton and Benjamin Burton, executors of Eliza Smith, late of Talbot Co, deceased, they are desirous of moving the returns and will to this court.
Talbot Co GA, Eliza Smith, 8 July 1846. To son Robert Burton negro girl Martha; to Homer Burton, son of Robert, negro girl Matilda; son Benjamin Burton. Witnesses: Charles H Stillwell, William Ragland, A G Perryman.
