Having volunteered to go into the Confederate Army. All property to be kept and worked together by executrix for the benefit of my wife and children under the
youngest child arrives at lawful age, then to be equally divided between my wife and children share and share alike. In care my wife should marry
during the minority of my children then a division is to take place as provided. Beloved wife Frances executrix.
