Of advanced age. Beloved wife Mary C Perryman.  We entered into a marriage contract so far as our negro property was concerned before our

marriage was solemnized to wit: on the 13 Aug 1850, by the terms of said contract she retains all of the negro property of which she was possessed

or which should be by her inherited, which property is an abundant support for her during her life.  My son Anthony G Perryman.  My house and lot

wherein I now reside in the town of Buena Vista.  South half of lot 175, 4th Dist originally Muscogee Co, now Marion Co.  Slaves: Tom, Monroe,

Talbot, Jackson, Paul, Dick, Jane, Catherine, Lizzy, Black Martha, Beckey, Mary and her infant child, Reina and her child, and Sallie.  Daughter

Eliza A M Jones, wife of John B Jones.  Negroes: Scott, Warren, Harrison, Bill, Jack, Crease, Emily, Yellow Martha and her infant child, Maria, Ellen

and her infant child, Harriett, rachael, Amanda, Emily (daughter of Emily).  My Kinchefoonee plantation in Marion County, containing 700 acres

of land.  Son Anthony G Perryman and daughter Eliza A M Jones.  Executors: son Anthony G Perryman and son in law John B Jones. 

Dated 24 May 1854.

Witnesses: Thomas H Persons, Elijah Wells, Isaac Cheney, Edward Giddons.

Proven: 5 Jan 1865
