My daughter Frances Belk to live with her mother until she becomes of age or marries.

Lot of land #54, whereon I now live and the north half of Lot 53, all in the fourth district - originally Muscogee now Marion Co.

Negro man Davy about 42 years old, Negro Girl named Rose about 14 years old; Negro woman named Venice about 41 years old; and

her four children Isaac about 16; Shade about 13; Solomon about 12 and Reuben about 11.

I previously gave in 1849 to my daughter Henrietta Duke, the wife of Francis Duke a negro girl named Elsey at that time about 11 years old.

Son Hollis Belk, the north 2/3 of lot of land 55 in the 4th Dist

I previously gave on 29 Jan 1856 to my daughter Martha White, wife of Jesse B White a negro girl named Darkey at about 14 years of age at the time.

Zachariah Belk, South third of lot 74 and the north third of lot 75 in the 4th Dist of originally Muscogee Co, now Marion.

Son Joseph Belk, North 2 /3 of lot #74, 4th Dist originally Muscogee Co now Marion.

Daughter Frances Belk, one negro named Caroline about 18 years old.

Sons Amaudus P Belk and Denson Belk and daughter Ellen Smith a negro girl equal in legacy.

To Sarah Nutt, the wife of Martin Nutt a negro girl and executed title thereto which equal to that of my children.

To my child Sarah Nutt, wife of Martin Nutt. 

The children of Anderson W Duke, deceased, the first husband of the said Sarah Nutt.

The children of Mary Holland to take her share, she being dead.
