Mentions beloved son Richmond Watson, Willis Watson, beloved daughter Seally Elkins, daughter Mary Elkins, son Benj R Watson, Michael Perry Watson, Arthur A Watson, Elendor Watson, beloved wife Sarah Watson and her four children: Julius More Watson, Sarena A Watson, Elijah Watson and Winny Watson. mentions land lot #43, Lot 53 and East 1/2 of lot 22 in the 12th Dist of old Muscogee County, now Marion. Mentions bay mare, 13 head of stock cattle, stock of hogs, 3 feather beds, brass clock, loom, household and kitchen furniture and plantation tools. Witnesses: Thos Burge, William Hurst and Elijah Philip.

B W Dowd says a will made by Michael Watson was burned at the late burning of the Court House in Marion County to the best of his knowledge and belief. B W Dowd, 6 July 1846.
May term 1846 That the within last will and testament of Michael Watson having been duly proven upon the oath of Thomas Burge, William Hurst and Elijah Philip ordered that the same be admitted to record.
July term 1846. It appearing to the Court upon the oath of Thos Burge and Burton W Dowd that the within is a copy in substance of the original will and that the original has been destroyed by fire. It is ordered by the Court that the within copy be established in lieu of said original. Solomon Wall, S R Nutt, Jordan Wilcher, JIC.
